About
Architecture. Construction. Representation.
With a background in architecture and finance, and years in construction and development, Jonian Beqo works the full life of a house.
He is a Realtor® with J. Barrett & Company, based at the Cummings Center in Beverly, and principal of MJM Construction & Development — a North Shore builder of custom homes, additions, and renovations since 1998.
That combination is the point. He can walk a foundation, read a set of drawings, price a renovation, and represent a buyer or seller without handing the hard parts to someone else.
Through J. Barrett & Company: about thirty-five transactions and more than $30 million represented, a share of it off market. 20 Main Street in Boxford is listed.
Through MJM Construction & Development: custom work on the North Shore since 1998. Brookview Heights — twenty-eight homesites — is now building in Methuen. In Salem, a four-lot subdivision — 405, 411, 415, and 419 Highland Avenue — four different homes, bought, built, and sold. Twenty residences are in development in Lynn.
Away from the work he is with family, traveling, and staying outside. His family is from Eastern Europe; the North Shore is home.
